1. Deploy new product projects from FPA (First piece approval) to mass production as APQP (Advanced Product quality Planning) procedures:

• Ensure the projects are put into system, scheduled and up to date.
• Coordinate with other relative member to prepare & develop the production process.
• Product& Process design development with optimize production process.
• Product& Process validation development thru PPAP (Production part approval process) and first mass production.
• Project transfer smoothly and proceeding the feedback, assessment, corrective action effectively.

2. Manage and Address engineering issues:

• Support quotation team on labor time and RFQ engineering feedback.
• Support production to continually improvement to meet objectives: Quality, Delivery, Cost
• Abide Company Regulations and all documented manuals/procedures/work instructions of Thermtrol

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education:
• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
Skills:
• Good in reading, writing, speaking English
• PC skill: CAD, Visio, Access, Excel, Power Point,Internet
• Good reporting, team working, problem solving skills
Experience:
• At least 2 years experience in engineering wireharness and/or has just graduated university with good result.
