Export Planning Intern

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support in end-to-end planning for export dispatches of the company, consigned to SEA region and other new markets in Africa, and Middle East regions;
• Follow production schedule, conduct stock allocation to ensure stock availability for loading plan at warehouse;
• Prepare shipping documents, work with shipping agent and customers to ensure all shipping docs meet customer's requirements;
• Support other admin tasks and reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Be a student at the end of the third or fourth year, major in Foreign Trade/Logistics
• Good command of English, both spoken and written;
• Attention to details and proactivitity; integrity
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills;
• Ability to work under pressure
