Responsible for proposing and implementing annual sales targets for assigned markets.
Propose and implement support plans to facilitate and encourage customers/distributors to achieve sales target.
Propose and develop the most suitable distribution system/product for the assigned market. Monitor, evaluate, adjust, and expand markets/customers on an annual basis.
Manage and monitor order fulfillment for customers/distributors from order receipt, proforma invoice creation, contract establishment, production placement, up to delivery, payment collection and contract settlement. Intervene and provide support when necessary.
Support, advise, and update market information to assist customers in making import-related decisions, improving retention rates, customer satisfaction, while maintaining and increasing order value.
Monitor and report timely to the Manager/Board of Directors on market fluctuations in the assigned market and propose appropriate solutions.
Regularly research and update food regulations of various countries and Vietnamese import-export regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in export sales or international business.
Familiarity with export regulations, documentation, and compliance.
Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate contracts.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends.
Understanding of global business practices and cultural differences.
Fluency in English and additional languages may be beneficial.
