SUMMARY
The Finance and Accounting Manager position will have responsibility for corporate accounting, and financial systems and ensure the completion of the common duties of the Finance & Accounting department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make a business plan includes building a 3-year/5-year strategic plan, budgeting, and annual planning. Update and forecast P&L weekly/monthly/ad-hoc as requested by BOD
- Building & managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of financial statements .
- Responsible for timely monthly/quarterly/annually consolidated financial statements, payments, cashflow management reporting for submission.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances, and cost analysis.
- Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
