This includes detailed cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. This role ensures the financial stability, efficiency, and profitability of the business unit. (Immediate start required)
1.Financial Planning and Forecasting:
Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process for the business unit, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
Develop accurate financial forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business strategies.
Monitor financial performance against the budget and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
2.Financial Reporting and FP&A:
Produce comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Provide detailed FP&A support by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing financial models.
Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior management and business unit leaders.
Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial insights to drive business decisions and growth strategies.
3.Project Planning: Define the financial goals and budget for the project.
Collaborate with departments to identify the financial needs of the project.
Establish the project budget and allocate financial resources across project stages.
Analyze cost factors including financial risks, market fluctuations, and vendor capacity.
Develop financial KPIs to monitor the project’s financial progress and effectiveness.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CMA preferred.
Experience: At least 3 - 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a financial management or financial audit role.
Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in accounting and financial software, especially Excel.
Effective project management and organizational skills.
