Plant Controlling

• Preparation and analysis of monthly Plant Cost Report and Segment Cost Report
• Preparation of production credit report: Budget, Actual, Forecast
• Preparation of deviation analysis for material costs and material price deviation: Budget vs. Actual / Forecast
• Calculation of key figures and accurate inventory valuations
• Checking material master data, release/tracking of GPC, ensure correct material valuation (valuation class, PIM/ PIM price)
• Working closely with production team to keep good tracking of costs and ensure meeting target costs.
• Preparation of other reports: PPM, plant cockpit, Contingency, etc, …

Management Reporting and Controlling

• Ensure group report are prepared within the state deadlines
• Analyse variances of monthly financial results: Budget vs Actual
• Support in monitoring key performance Indicators related to the company and production performance.
• Support in preparation of budget and Forecast.
• To perform advanced cost accounting work covering material and production costs, costs of sales, admin and other if requirement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor degree. Major in Economics, Finance or related industry

• Have good knowledge about analytical skills, passion for analytics, attention to details

• MS Excel advance, MS Office general

• SAP experience is a plus

• Good command in English and computer skills

• Good communication skills, good team player

• Ability to work under pressure
