- Leader of the quality management system team .
- Establish, maintain & check quality management systems follow Food safety standards such as HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, BRCGS, FSMA and customer's standards.
- Work with auditors/ inspectors (Government agency Vietnam & import countries, Certification Body, Customers).
- Update & train the food operating procedures and standards when there are changes in statutory requirements/ or there are changes in the operation of the establishment.
- Training for production/ QA/QC management for Good manufacturing practice.
-Update new regulations of the Vietnamese government, importing countries and implement them
- Periodically inspect factory operations, to ensure compliance with regulations of Food safety, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL, BRC and others.
- Discuss, and give opinion for any change to meet standard
- Supplier audit & checking specification of materials
- External audit & Internal audit
- Directing and managing all activities of the team under management: Planning, selecting, training, evaluating job performance to ensure that the employees are capable and motivated to take on the responsibility. requirements and work goals, in order to support the Company's development
- Management general of team
- Other duties related to be given by manager
- Graduated from University major related to Food Technology.
- Deep knowledge of food safety standards
- Have food safety system certifications such as BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, PCQI
- Understand regulations on food safety regulation
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, BRC.
- Experienced in supplier audit and internal audit.
- At least 7 years experience in a related field.
- Ability to manage group activities
- Able to man work independently, enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work under pressure
- Working experience in a food factory, fluent in English, and computer skills (MS Office, etc.) is an advantage
- Observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Skill to solve problems independently.
- Leadership skills:
• Understanding the strengths and weaknesses, personality and tendency of each Employee to handle work;
• Understanding the relationship status, and differences between members, to flexibly apply communication, encouragement, guidance, support, and promotion so that members learn and share information for each other. each other, support each other, and work together to accomplish the goals of the room.
