o Responsible for arranging and managing documents, files, forms, tax invoices…and stationery.
o Implement the internal accountant task concern to receivable and payable.
o Prepare forms and administrative documents as required by superiors.
o Making statistics and synthesizing internal accounting data monthly, quarterly, and annually for the Board of Directors
o Follow up and debt control.
o Follow up and report on probation results, manage the procedure for signing the probationary contract and official labor contracts for employees.
o Recruitment task: posting the job advertising, screening CV, arranging the interview, announcing the interview result, recruitment report.
o Manage social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance for employees.
o Manage all the admin active of the back office
o Follow up the timesheet, do payroll, and solve the matter concerning Comprehension and benefit all employees.
o Manage all tasks concerning foreign employees (Work permit, visa, TRC, PIT, Labor contract…)
o Other work items arising from the GA part leader.
o Male/ Female, age 21 to above
o Communicate by English (Intermediate level)
o Proficient in listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
o Proficient in communication skills
o Having general knowledge of the accountant, HR, and admin
o University graduate or major in Business Administration, Accountant or similar disciplines
o No experience required. Experience is preferred, not a must.
