$5000 awaits! We're hiring a General Manager (Steel, ID17253) for a Vietnam Construction Group.

• Provide strategic advice, develop plans, and implement actions as per the directives from the Board of Directors (BOD) / Parent Company.
• Build a resource system and an international business team for the parent company's products.
• Prepare and present activity reports to the BOD / Parent Company.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the BOD / Parent Company.
• Oversee and take full responsibility for all company operations.
• Develop and promote the company’s brand.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Male/Female, 45-50 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following fields: Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Economics, other engineering disciplines, International Trade, Business Administration, Diplomacy, etc.
• Have 05 years of exprience at CEO/General Manager/General Director in Construction/Steels Industry
• Strong leadership and management skills, with an extensive network of relationships and customer database. Proven experience in building and managing international teams.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in senior roles such as Director/Department Head at companies within related industries such as Import-Export, Trade, Finance, Consulting, etc. Experience in steel structures/ pre-engineered steel buildings is an advantage.
• Fluently in English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet international travel requirements
