1. Growth Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute innovative growth hacking strategies to rapidly increase user acquisition and engagement.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analysing market trends, user behaviour, and competitor activities.
- Set clear growth targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
2. User Acquisition and Retention:
- Implement and optimize multi-channel user acquisition campaigns, including paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve user retention and reduce churn rates.
- Conduct experiments to test different acquisition channels, messaging, and targeting options to optimize user acquisition costs and conversion rates.
3. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of media performance specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to align growth initiatives with product development and customer insights.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the team, encouraging innovation and data-driven decision-making.
4. Performance Marketing and Ads Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize bids, and allocate budgets to maximize ROI and meet acquisition targets.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive user engagement and conversions.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on user acquisition metrics, campaign performance, and growth KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize and scale growth strategies.
6. Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance user acquisition efforts.
- Leverage influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and other partnership opportunities to expand reach and attract new users.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
7. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Use insights from research and analysis to refine growth strategies and improve user experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth hacking strategies.
- Experience in managing media performance teams and overseeing digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
