Receive and handle emails and in-app messages from customers regarding service policy issues, including promotional programs, arising incidents, etc. Respond accordingly based on provided guidelines.
Forward complaints or complex cases to the relevant department or higher authority for resolution.

Education: Intermediate level or higher.
Proficient in typing and office software.
Willing to work night shifts.
Responsible and team-oriented.

Base salary: 8 million VND + KPI bonus up to 1.5 million VND + Bonus.
Probation: 2 months (85% salary).
