Connect relevant departments to complete the big goal, create a good customer experience.
Provide complete and accurate information between departments, support each other in resolving complaints from customers in the efficient way.
Track the status of orders on the system: shortage, need to change information, replenishment... to ly deal with relevant departments.
After the orders on the system are completed, print the Delivery Note + PO then pass to the Accountant Team to issue invoices if necessary or transfer it to the Delivery Team.
Receive special notes from the CS Team in the office and Sales Team to remark on the Delivery note.
Remind Sales on orders that are in stock and have not been delivered for more than 48 hours.
Process returned orders on the system.
Close the orders delivered in the previous month.
Create orders to record sales out for Classic Corners.
Create orders for internal staff.
Support to create orders as assigned by the CS Supervisor.
Other tasks assigned by the CS Supervisor.
