Independently assemble large and complex data sets that meet the business or analytical needs.
Build and deploy data models that help optimize support experience.
Develop and maintain data insights and performance dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness within the CRM system.
This involves performing regular data audits, identifying and correcting data errors, and monitoring data quality metrics.
Create reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into CRM data, such as customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data integration between the CRM system and other platforms (e.g., marketing automation tools, sales platforms, customer service platforms).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Proven track record in executing and delivering projects independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
Familiar with User experience function and tools is good to have.
Familiar with startup environment and understanding of dynamics between design, engineering, product and customer service are a plus.
Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, PowerBI.
Preferred knowledge of data programming (Python, R).
