Provide a plan to improve the quality of XSTU customer base
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on XSTU base quality management including Product, Marketing, Risk, Sales and IT etc.
Design, update and optimize reports, dashboards to monitor and take action promptly on XSTU customer base
Provide exploration based on customer characteristic and behavior
Provide insights about XSTU customer base through operational metrics
Identify areas in the customer base that can be optimized and run optimization related projects
Design base allocation rule and coordinate with stakeholders in XSTU base preparation monthly
Provide customer insights through data analysis and research
Other tasks assigned by Head of XSTU Analytics & Strategy Department
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science.
Have at least 3 - 4 years of working experience as Data Analysis/Business Intelligence/Business Analysis/Sales Analyst/ Sales Performance...in finance & banking, fintech, insurance institution...
Work experience with applications and systems (SAS, Pega, Oracle or related) will be a plus
Proven skills in development and management customer base
Ability for fast education and self-development
Project & process management skill and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analysis skills as Excel, SQL, Python...
