The Assistant Digital Manager is responsible for planning & managing the organization's digital channels, ensuring that they are effective, efficient and aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
People:
Manage & Supervise
Delegate & assign tasks to team members.
Evaluate team member performance & Propose development plan for team members.
Team Leading:
Oversee & guide team on daily basis tasks.
Guide to measure and track performance vs campaign KPIs and objectives.
Planning & Managing:
Develop, implement, and manage the organization's digital strategy to achieve business goals and objectives.
Build and execute digital strategies through digital marketing campaigns to achieve digital marketing growth.
Plan and manage digital campaigns across all digital channels of O2O.
Manage social media & digital marketing budgets with constant tracking of expenditure versus ROIs.
Digital Marketing Implementing:
Develop and deliver the digital plans and campaigns in line with strategic goals.
Drive and optimize performance on social, digital advertising, through Facebook Ads, Google Display, SEO/SEM, Zalo, Tiktok, Programmatics and EDM.
Collaborate with inhouse team to create advertising visual and content for a successful campaign.
Able to contribute with creative/ novel ideas and solutions to improve implementation of digital communication.
Participate in communications with brand principal and ensure that guidelines and processes are applied in assigned market.
Generate commercial sales and optimize marketing ROI through digital campaigns, social media management and analytics, as well as performance marketing.
Supervising & Reporting:
Demonstrate strong project/ campaign management skills – with digital marketing projects and campaigns executed within stipulated timeline for launch
Display strong thought process and eye for details when executing a 360-integrated marketing campaign - which is seen through communication consistency/ accuracy across all touchpoints.
Display strong communication skills in liaison with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy/ efficiency of execution.
Build dashboard of report for deeply analysis on data to evaluate the advertising performance on each campaign and have quick action plan on each campaign to reach the goals.
Conduct a set of reports as per timeline to evaluate & monitor campaign effectively
Team Development:
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that the digital team remains competitive in the digital space
Supervise a team of digital specialists and ensure their performance aligns with company goals.
Develop and implement training programs to help develop the skills of digital specialists.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
4-5 years’ work experience in Digital Marketing role
A keen sense in retail industry is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft office & English communication
Good knowledge of Zalo Ads, EDM, Google and Facebook Ads tools
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Website Platform, Basic data analyst tool.
Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Takes initiative and ownership
Excellent planning and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines
