Oversee all digital channels, including brand websites, social media channels…
Mainly focus on managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Social platform Google (mainly), Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok...Including:
Propose & execute monthly media plan (Estimate attribute, A/B testing ,...)
Execute performance analysis across advertising platforms and on the overall company level;
Create, maintain, and provide regular reporting on marketing key performance indicators (KPI’s); to evaluate the effectiveness of online advertising strategies in reaching strategic goals
Conduct research about new marketing programs, setting up strategies and provide practical advice.
2. Data-Driven Marketing
Analyze digital performance on all KPIs to provide insights and direction on optimization
Master all digital measurements features (Search, Display, Mobile, Social…) in order to identify high-value customers, and link to CRM to enhance LTV
Able to analyze and report from GA, Business Manager
3. Extended knowledge source
Knowledge in Retail and E-commerce, environments and platforms to collaborate with other teams to plan digital media
Understand CRM and the dynamic of lead acquisition to conversion.
Understand the dynamic of content to drive engagement, advise the brand team on creative & different tactics to win social media.
Always active on proposing new & relevant practices for social media.
