As the Executive Assistant to the Chairman at Maison RMI, you will play a crucial role in managing executive-level operations, providing direct support to the Chairman, and overseeing high-priority initiatives. Your work will support the company’s business development, board governance, and IPO planning efforts, among other key areas.
1. Strategic Initiatives
Collaborate closely with the Chairman and executive management team to develop, execute, and monitor key strategic initiatives and projects.
Ensure alignment of projects with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
Facilitate executive management team meetings, preparing meeting materials, agendas, and minutes as needed.
Coordinate with executive team members to ensure the highest standards of quality and timely delivery of all executive deliverables.
Oversee the follow-up process on action items and decisions made during executive meetings to ensure timely progress.
Directly lead projects as assigned by the Chairman.
2. Business Development
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including new brands, business ventures, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Conduct detailed market research, feasibility studies, and financial analyses; prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations for review.
Support commercial term negotiations, contract reviews, and oversee the transition of secured opportunities to relevant brand management or operational teams.
3. Board of Director Support
Coordinate all aspects of board meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.
Work with executive management to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables for the board.
Maintain productive relationships with board members and assist with post-meeting follow-ups on action items and decisions.
4. IPO Planning
Support the Chairman and executive team in planning and executing the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Coordinate with investment banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, arranging meetings and ensuring smooth communication.
Assist with investor relations and participate in roadshows as needed.
Oversee due diligence processes, financial reporting, and compliance with all Vietnamese IPO regulations.
Contribute to the development of strategic communication plans for the IPO, including media and public relations.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks related to the IPO process.
Assist in the post-IPO transition, supporting any changes in corporate governance or structure.
5. Executive Support
Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman and both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the Chairman’s calendar, communications, and correspondence with efficiency and discretion.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Proven experience in an executive support role, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both in English and in Vietnamese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Strong diligence to deliver highest quality of deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience in the retail sector is an advantage.
