Working location: Head Quarter, 30 Tan Thang, Tan Phu District, HCMC.
1. Assurance for Standardization of GB Store, in term of (25%):
- Display concept, service, and staff's appearance & performance.
- Build up SOPs, Manual to assure for smoothly operation and manage all practices.
- Implement new ideas, subject, standard from HQ and assure it's properly launching as requirement of Managements.
- Build up Store Checklist so that Supervisor team can fulfill their responsibilities in monitoring activities, assure the standard & regulations are properly maintained and complied by Store's staff.
Monitor the Operation of all stores:
- Cooperate with GB’s Division Leader / Group Leader for information sharing, inventory transferring;
- Coordinate with GB’s Supervisor for checking the situation of Project;
- Inform all the information and promotion from MD to store operation, follow up the application of all stores
- Interact with related departments to solve any matters that impact to satndardization of GB Store.
- Find out and propose for solving issues, including Sales/GP/TOD improvement.
2. Assurance for Store's achievement in term of Sales, GP, Operating Income and other Management criterias of Glam Beautique (20%):
- Build up annual Budget for all GB chain Stores, make sure submiting as company's timeline.
- Propose promotion/ assorments or any improvement idea to ensure the achievement of monthly and yearly sales budget.
- Review monthly P&L, expenses breakdown of each Store to identify cost items need to be improved in term of expense control.
- Optimize Store performance through continuosly ỉmpove employee skill, workflow in term of efficiency and productivity.
- Corporate with Accounting, facilities and IC in managing inventories and fixed asset of GB's Stores, assure these asset are controlled adequately.
3. New Store Opening and Renovation (20%):
New Store opening:
- Main incharge of preparation for layout, concept, fĩture/fitout of new Store. Closely corporate with Development and MD to propose for design and get approval from superior.
- Corporate with related departments to properly prepare for sucessful opening of new Store which included: manpower recruitment and training, facilities for smoothly operation, matters of Operation licenses.
Renovation:
- Through daily monitoring on Store performent and customer behavior, propose for renovation which included : new layout, concept, assortment to promote for branding and sale.
- Prepare material for renovation proposal .
- Corporate with Construction and MD from preparation untill accomplish the renovation project.
4. Strong Communication with related Managers for Activities of Branding, Event & Mailer Promotion, Digital Marketing & Omni sales (20%):
- Manage the Communication with MDs/MKTs to gather all promotion & products data needed
- Manage the Production timeline of all Sales POSM in stores: Standees, POP, Hangers...
- Arrange the Effective distribution of marketing materials
- Conduct Market Research and Monitoring Competitors’ activities
- Handle the Operation of Omni channel tools for GB, from website, Fanpage, Tiktok, Zalo OA… to enhance more Brand Awareness & Online Sales for GB
- Cooperate with other related dept. to create more activities at Aeon Platform about Promotion scheme online, Customer Service improvement, Online Consultant service…
- Searching for more NEW opportunities for Platform cooperation
5. Manpower planning and management (10%):
- Follow up timeline of recruitment with HR to assure full attendant of the workforce at all Store.
- Proactive in coordinating staff of the entire Store chain to prevent the situation of manpower shortage that impact to quality of management and Aeon service.
- Corporate with OP to arrange a timeline to skill up Store'staff through training and Skill test.
- Innovate DWS to enhance for productivity-
6. Reporting, administration and others (5%):
- Prepare all reporting materials relating to Operation's performance and send to superior as timeline
- Handle all administration tasks of GB Stores relating to Purchase and payment transaction on e-doc system according to Authorization Letter and financial limit.
- Handle all admistration task relating to HR on E-doc, Recruit app, SAP SF according to Authoiation Letter and Financial Limit.
Other duties:
- Support MD to complete the assortment plan for new store chain following new concept
- Other tasks assigned by GB General Manager
- This job description will be reviewed yearly to adapt with business’demands
- Bachelor/College degree in Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in retail business & 2 years at Management level
- New Design thinking & Creative thinking
- Customer-focused / Customer Oriented mind set
- STRONG Communication skill
- Good command of verbal and written English
- GOOD Time-management and team work skills
- HIGH Abilities to use computer, office programs and database
- LOVE Retails biz & Hard-working pressure capacity is appreciated
