A.Mục tiêu công việc:
- Directly responsible for directing, building credit card product strategies. Develops and implements marketing plan to drive bussiness growth and bussiness strategy from time to time
- Conducts regular review on market trends and studies competitor activities to indentify opportunities
- Initiates product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segement.
- Operating, organizing the implementation of card service of SHBFC, specifically including:
+ Building and developing Card products and services
+ Develop card business strategy of Company;
+ Develop marketing programs and plans for Card products and services;
- Planning and implementing card business plans on all channels of the Company
- Training and coaching knowledge and skills about Card products and services
- Manage activities associated with partners to build utilities for card products
- Deploying credit card project at SHBFC
B.NHIỆM VỤ, TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
1.Directly responsible for directing, building credit card product strategies. Develops and implements marketing plan to drive bussiness growth and bussiness strategy from time to time
2.Build up business requirements descriptions for card products/features/processes, analyze the system's responsiveness; participate in deploying, testing, product/feature acceptance together with related departments and 3rd parties
3 Market and Customer research to build competitive card products and card features in line with the card business orientation at SHBFC. Develop processes, regulations, on the issuance, usage and payment of cards
4 Build up business requirements descriptions for card products/features/processes, analyze the system's responsiveness; participate in deploying, testing, product/feature acceptance together with IT and 3rd parties
5.Creates Credit Card sales, usage, activation, retention and other promotion campaigns in cooperation with MKT department
6.Other tasks related to Credit Card Product Development and Business management
7.Monitors and evaluates sales results and effectiveness metrics of the Credit Card products (CBA, SWOT analysis), proposes changes to improve sales results, effectiveness and optimal mix of sales channels

2.Kinh nghiệm
- Good English to work with foreign partners
- Management experience over time is determined by the number of years of seniority in actual management at least 3 years
- Understanding the unit's products, services, and policies
- Detail understanding of the card products and services' requirement
- Ability to develop processes, operations, and operate credit card products
