- Innovation delivery: ensure process and equipment capabilities to deliver new product, product upgrade/downgrade, innovation and product changes in general;
- Quality: support to define quality, hygiene and food safety parameters and procedures (including but not limited to micro), and ensure quality stability according to those parameters;
- Cost: develop processes and equipment capabilities to improve total product cost (materials and conversion);
- Cutting-edge technologies: study, implement and develop cutting-edge technologies;
- Ensure equipment and process standards to support company requirements and comply with regulation;
- Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Project, Factory, Marketing, QA and other functions to ensure smooth and safe new product introduction to factory and to market, effective cost improvement projects and food safety & quality standards.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least a university degree majoring in food technology, biotechnology, organic chemistry technology, food science technology or related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the field of technology, RD in a senior manager role or higher or a department head role.
• Have at least 2 achievements in improving technological processes, building new technological processes or projects on reducing costs/improving production process efficiency.
