§ Manage information technology and computer systems.
§ Take part in application improvements/projects for the Company
§ Support day to day MS Dynamics and enterprise applications
§ Consult and support project and tender department or sales department to build IT system for sales projects.
§ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology services to users.
§ Liaise with IT Manager for establishing the computer systems budgets and expenditures.
§ Manage multiple areas of technology such as (but not limited to) Desktop PC, Windows OS, Outlook, iPads, AirWatch, meeting room facilities, video conference, etc.
§ Handle new system implementation and current system enhancements (System Upgrades, Mobile Apps, etc).
§ Liaise with external vendors for services.
§ Troubleshoot hardware, software, network operating system.
§ Be up to date with latest hardware and software technologies.
§ Be up to date with network operating system.
§ Conduct orientation and technology training to new users of existing technology.
§ Provide individual training and support on request.
§ Prepare and present Statistics and Reports for iPad and other devices usage to stakeholders.
§ Provide recommendations to end users (as per policy) about accessing information and support.
§ Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
§ Ensure compliance to IT and security policies.
§ Building and maintaining IT System, IT Equipment and website.
§ Advise IT solution and upgrade.
§ Work on IT Project and provide relating quotation.
§ Provide IT training to staff.
§ Support IT daily activities in working offices or travel as business required.
Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.
§ Candidate must at least possess Diploma or Degree in IT and related disciplines.
§ At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Support.
