• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a smooth and organized flow.
• Manage reservations and the booking system, collaborating with the cashier.
• Proactively promote events, spaces, and special offers.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
