1/ HR
- Plan and develop a suitable personnel plan in each period
- Advise and consult the company manager to develop policies, regulations and management of personnel related activities
- Formulate the regulations on the recruitment, salary, bonus and welfare measures and measures to encourage labor to work effectively
- Plan, design and implement training programs for staff and workers.
- Carry out assessment / evaluation of policies, internal rules, and best practice
- Carry out HR monitoring to better manage and use HR.
- Operation planning and operations management for departments.
- Develop, plan policies for development and attracting human resources
- Perform other tasks as required by the manager of the company.
2/ General Affairs
- Responsible for the day to day organization of the administrative
- Handling secretarial duties, reception, telephone and mail and parcel traffic, office and general administration.
- Taking minutes in dedicated meetings.
- Assistance to management in practical matters, general affairs and administration.
- Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, cleaning and housekeeping services.
- Organizations of meetings, business trips, hotel and flight bookings, catering, lunches.
- Arrangement of special events and occasions.
- Internal PR & external PR Jobs

3/ IT – LEGAL:

Age: 35+
Education: Bachelor or higher education with major in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related
Experience: 5-8 YOE in HR- General Affair with at least 2 YOE at the same level, prefer experience in manufaturing companies.
Good English (4 skills) and computer skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving and leadership skills.
