Mô tả Công việc

Be responsible for continuous delivery of high quality admin service.

Be responsable for the correct submission in a timely manner and lead the team to conduct the necesary communication with other Summit Plants, the customers and the suppliers.

Be responsible for the hourly employee ‘s recruitment in order to satisfy need of timely labor supply from the business department, and ensure the process is fair and just and to the best interest of Summit.

Lead the salaried employee recruitment need communication organization, implementation and data analysis and ensure the process is fair and to the best interest of Summit.

Ensure the effectiveness of new employee orientation process including receiving new employees on the first day of registration in a warm and professional manner, explaining and communicating the relevant policies comes with a probation evaluation charts communication and collect, and effective communicate with supervisors and employees on the exit process

Drive employee relationship building projects including Summit Zalo public account and the routine annual activities. Participate in the labor disputes respond and handling.

Carry out training activitites including maintaining monthly training plan, implementing training activities, statistic training data, collect training record, trainee training course orgainize and evaluate.

Be responsible for the effective and continuous maintain of employees’ basic personnel files.

Have capability of organizing and planning, be able to allocate resources properly to achive job goals.

Be able to communicate, supervise, give feedback and, conduct dialogue and help them improve their performance.

Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with all levels within the organization.

Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and other State and Local laws and regulations

Strong problem solving skill

Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.

Be able to host the English Meeting, can communicate in English fluently.

EDUCATION/ HỌC VẤN:

Bachelor’s Degree above 

EXPERIENCE/ KINH NGHIỆM:

1-2 year experience in HR
