We are a leading garment company that produces high-quality apparel for renowned brands. We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources function.

Job Summary:

As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of our human capital. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and comply with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs that support our business goals and comply with labor laws.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary administration, performance-based rewards, and benefits packages.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement and oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
  • Forecast and manage HR budgets to optimize resource allocation.
  • Supervise and evaluate HR staff to ensure their performance meets expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, proficiency in Chinese communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and the garment industry's labor market.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the garment industry.
  • Proven track record of managing HR functions in large-scale organizations (3,000+ employees).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the garment industry's best practices and customer standards (e.g., BSCI, SA8000, WRAP) is a significant advantage.
