We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment for our employees. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
Research and evaluate new training resources and materials to enhance our training programs and provide value to employees.
Conduct needs assessments to identify future training requirements and develop effective training curriculums.
Design and implement leadership development programs for employees at all levels.
Conduct orientation programs for new hires and coordinate on-the-job training.
HR Strategy & Compliance:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our business goals and comply with Vietnamese labor laws.
Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations, including handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement a performance management system that drives employee performance and aligns with company objectives.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the garment industry.
· In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and the garment industry's labor market.
· Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods.
· Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Proven track record of managing HR functions in large-scale organizations (3,000+ employees).
· Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
