We are looking for the candidate for HR Operations Executive, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITY
Be responsible for setting individual financial targets
Follow up payment of clients on a regular basis
Follow up payment to contractors
Build and maintain relationships with people in charge of clients and provide quality service
Deliver services Service Level Agreement with clients or in Project KPIs, regarding Punctuality, Process Compliance and Accuracy
Manage all activities related to the contractors including Onboarding and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization.
Answer inquiries from contractors and the person in charge of clients.
Arrange Annual Health Check for contractors.
Contact relevant internal departments for special requests from clients.
Issue monthly invoices on time
Perform administrative duties as assigned

Graduated from University/College (preferably Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law). Special cases will be approved by the line manager
At least 1 year of human resources experience, preferably in C&B
