Sales Planning
Develop and implement an annual sales plan with clear targets and strategies. Collaborate with marketing & internal to create effective outreach campaigns and account strategies. Continuously build and manage a robust sales pipeline. Sales Execution
Generate and qualify new business opportunities via multiple channels (email, cold calls, LinkedIn, etc.). Build relationships with prospects, deliver tailored product demos, and close deals. Manage the full sales cycle and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success for onboarding. Market Development
Conduct market research to identify high-potential clients and industry trends. Stay updated on competitor movements and adjust strategies accordingly. Represent Opollo at industry events to build relationships and brand presence. Channel Management & Lead Cultivation
Promote Opollo’s website, LinkedIn, and Facebook to generate and nurture leads. Collaborate with marketing to optimize these channels for lead conversion.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics. Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into successful deals through consultative selling. Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, written and verbal. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling SaaS solutions to e-commerce sellers, brands, or logistics companies. Familiarity with e-commerce workflows, OMS, and logistics operations. Experience with value-based selling methodologies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Personal Attributes:
