C&B
- Check monthly attendance record for all employees and send to C&B Dept.
- Make monthly working schedule data upload in HRIS system.
- Collect Employee information for C&B tasks ( PIT declaration, insurance, health matters send to C&B Dept)
- Make the quarter report of using PIT withholding and submit to Tax office.
- Make labor report, social insurance report send to Labor Dept & Social Dept when required. oyee.
Employee Relation
- Following company regulations/labor laws to process the labor disciplines
- Be the contact point to receive and answer employee's questions related to the HRIS system, social insurance, health insurance.
Training
- Support logistics for training courses
HR Operation
- Organize the team building activities, year end party,... for employees.
- Do other HR Admin tasks as required.
- Bachelor's in economics, Business Administration major in HR major preferable
- At least 5 year-working experience working in HR fields (HRBP or C&B)
- Good English
- Result oriented, future oriented.
- Teamwork.
- Consultancy skills, influencing skills, negotiating skills.
