HR cum Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources and training activities to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and provide effective administrative support to all departments. Cultivate and maintain a positive work environment between management and employees within the organization.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION A. Human Resources: 1.Training
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers;
Designing training programs and deliver training in line with the development strategy of the company;
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary;
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones.
2. Employee Administration/Aduit
Monitor plan vs actual, reporting of overtime in all sections for ofi employees and Casual Labor, Calculation of monthly salary for both ofi employees and Casual Labor.
Ensure that all records of overtime and working hours for employees are in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Prepare entire set of HR related documents in accordance with each audit.
Ensure all employees are fully trained in HR practices and policies for auditor’s review.
2. Recruitment & Selection (20%)
Modify and improve recruitment policies to attract talented candidates.
Participate in the interview and recruitment process of new employees

At least 4-6 years of experience in HR & Training function
Language: English - Business Level
Good in communication and negotiation
Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
Highly-motivated, result-oriented, driven to achieve high performance standards
Ability to communicate in both verbal & written English
University Certificate major in Business Administration , Human Resource is preferable
