1. JOB SUMMARY
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide HR consultation and support partner in HR functions. Its role is primarily responsible for providing Compernsation & Benefits and Training, Employer Branding Support. The range of duties includes but is not limited to the following key delivery areas.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Monthly payroll
- Calculate and process the monthly payroll/incentive payment on time and accuracy.
- Manage attendance/ leave record for employees
- Execute SHUI procerdures, monthly PIT, PIT finalization
- Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ costing report, PIT report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities
- Handle HR operations and benefits administration
2. Employment management
- Follow and manage employee contract & termination documents, ensure all employee documents are complete, consistent, accurate, and following approved templates
- Support supervisor in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, develop and implement C&B Policies, team projects
3. Employee data management:
- Update employment movement data (new hires/resigned/promotion/transfer) on Master files & system.
- Annual leave management data.
- Manage the employee’s personal income tax information
- Filling documents in soft and hard copy.
- All the policies/schemes must be filled and easy to retrieve when needed.
4. Training & Employer branding Support
- Support, coordinate in developing training plan, preparing material and implementing internal & external training
- Support employer branding projects: initiatives, contents, fanpage management.
5. Other jobs assigned by Superiors, more details would be shared during interview
* Working Location: Can Giuoc, Long An (16km from HCMC, suttle bus supported)
* Contractor 8 months (no probation)
