· HSE Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental laws. Keep up-to-date with regulations and implement necessary changes.
· Risk Assessment & Incident Management: Conduct workplace risk assessments, safety audits, and investigations of incidents or near-misses. Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
· Training & Awareness: Develop and conduct HSE training programs for employees. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
· Environmental Management: Monitor environmental impact, manage waste disposal, and implement sustainability initiatives.
· Emergency Response & Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures. Conduct safety drills and ensure readiness for workplace emergencies.
· Reporting & Documentation: Maintain HSE records, incident reports, and compliance documentation. Provide regular reports to management.
· Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
· Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other HSE regulations.
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
· Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is a plus
