Job Title: HRBP
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: direct reporting to HR Director
Job Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment Management :
Lead and execute recruitment efforts for various positions based on the company’s business needs, ensuring a fast and efficient hiring process. Work closely with business departments to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies and plans to optimize hiring processes. Continuously optimize recruitment channels and enhance recruitment efficiency, while maintaining and expanding the company’s talent pool. Stay updated on industry talent trends and adjust recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. 2. Employee Relations Management :
Support day-to-day employee relations management, ensuring that employee concerns and issues are addressed promptly. Assist in resolving employee inquiries and complaints, maintaining a positive and harmonious work atmosphere. Regularly track employee satisfaction, assist in organizing relevant activities to improve employee engagement and foster a sense of belonging. 3. Organizational Optimization and Development :
Assist in optimizing the organizational structure based on the company’s growth and needs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Provide support during organizational changes, helping to solve practical challenges and improve team effectiveness. Participate in internal promotions and job rotations, ensuring fairness and transparency in talent movement. 4. Talent Development Support :
Offer suggestions and support for talent development based on departmental needs and assist in organizing role-specific training. Collaborate with departmental management to help define employee career development plans and support their growth. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting :
Track recruitment metrics and employee turnover, providing related analysis reports to support management decision-making. Regularly assess recruitment outcomes and employee satisfaction, refining recruitment and employee relations strategies as needed.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education :
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
2. Experience :
3+ years of HRBP or human resources management experience, with hands-on experience in recruitment, ideally in an internet or startup environment. Familiarity with recruitment processes, talent assessment methods, and basic employee relations management. 3. Skills :
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong recruitment planning and execution capabilities, with the ability to quickly respond to and meet business needs. Analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from recruitment data and optimize strategies accordingly. 4. Personal Attributes :
Proactive, with excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure. High level of responsibility and teamwork, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Additional Requirements :
Experience in an internet or startup company environment is preferred. Innovative thinking in recruitment processes and employee relations management, with the ability to drive continuous improvement in HR practices. Benefits
