HR Generalist: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws and employment regulations, including payroll, employee contracts, and statutory bene
fits.Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and annual reviews.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top ta
lent. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates with the right skills and cultural fit, especially for roles requiring niche expertise. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support immediate and future hiring n
eeds. Partner with hiring managers to ensure clarity on role expectations and alignment with organizational needs.
Labor Law Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws and employment regulations, including social insurance, PIT, and other statutory bene
fits.Act as the point of contact for labor-related issues, audits, and disputes, providing guidance and resolution in line with legal requirem.Stay updated on changes in labor laws and proactively update policies and practices to ensure compliance.
HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll management, employee benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR records.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling offboarding formalities.
Learning and Development: Identify training needs and create development plans to upskill employees and support career growth. Drive initiatives that promote continuous learning and leadership development within the organization.

Request:
At least 3 years of experience in HR operation, specially in OD, KPI...
Bachelor with Human Resources or Business Administration related
Familiar with the labor laws and tax laws of Vietnam
Solid knowledge of C&B, human resources processes and procedures
Good written and oral communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with local and remote teams
Professional knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
A positive and team-oriented attitude
A sense of responsibility and ownership for tasks
The ability to work with a diverse set of people
