Design and oversee the compensation & benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with company goals.
Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team on all HR-related matters, including organizational development, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure the effective administration of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
Oversee the management of HR administrative functions, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with legal requirements.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, specifically in the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is prefer.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects HR in a movited environment.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Proven track record in talent acquisition and developing C&B strategies.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
