Book hotels, flights, assist with visa applications and work permits for foreign employees.
Purchase office supplies, manage company vehicles, and maintain contracts, records and company assets.
Track and finalize office expenses.
Organize internal events: teambuilding, birthdays, year-end parties.
Interpret and translate as needed, and perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Human Resources:
Manage timekeeping, payroll and bonus calculations.
Handle employee insurance procedures.
Update employee information within the HR system.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law or Foreign Language.
Fluency in Chinese (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) is mandatory. English proficiency is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Prior experience and strong proficiency in talent acquisition or C&B is mandatory
Proactive, honest, detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
