1. Provide tactical, improvement methodologies on measure and analyzing process to improve a better yield, quality and efficiency.Cung cấp các phương pháp cải tiến chiến thuật về đo lường và phân tích quy trình để cải thiện năng suất, chất lượng và hiệu quả tốt hơn.2. Analyze production capacity, capability and define bottle necks to balancing process and improve the VMS.Phân tích năng lực sản xuất, khả năng và xác định các điểm nghẽn để cân bằng quy trình và cải thiện VMS.3. Actively participates in Kaizen events, workshops, problem solving and process mapping exercises to bring alignment and improve performance.Tham gia tích cực vào các sự kiện, hội thảo, giải quyết vấn đề và các bài tập lập bản đồ quy trình của Kaizen để mang lại sự liên kết và cải thiện hiệu suất.4. Proactive problem solving on the basis statistical analysis of corrective action.Chủ động giải quyết vấn đề trên cơ sở phân tích thống kê về hành động khắc phục.5. Develop essential training documents, support production department to organize periodic training to enhance employee knowledge and competence.Phát triển các tài liệu đào tạo cần thiết, hỗ trợ bộ phận sản xuất tổ chức đào tạo định kỳ để nâng cao kiến thức và năng lực của nhân viên.6. Coach all plant employees on proper application of Lean methods/standards.Huấn luyện tất cả nhân viên nhà máy về việc áp dụng đúng các phương pháp/tiêu chuẩn Lean.7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.

2. Experience: Open for fresher.

3. Language Skills: Proficient in English at an advanced level.

4. Technical Skills: Good at MS Office, AutoCAD, and KPI visualization.

5. Lean Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of Lean manufacturing concepts including rootcause-problem-solving techniques and value stream mapping/analysis.

6. Teamwork: Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

7. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with excellent data collection and analysis capabilities.

8. Personal Traits: Disciplined, proactive, and positive-thinking.

9. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships.

10. Quality & Compliance: Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
