Develop and Implement Lean Strategies: Lead the development and execution of Lean strategies and initiatives across the organisation, with a focus on methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Process Flow Diagrams, Value Stream Mapping, OEE, and Continuous Improvement.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of Lean engineers and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful execution of Lean projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and staff to identify process improvement opportunities, set improvement goals, and drive projects to completion.
Performance Analysis: Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to build Lean awareness and capability among employees at all levels of the organization.
Lean Tools and Techniques: Promote the use of Lean tools and techniques to eliminate waste, reduce lead times, and enhance overall process efficiency.
Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and balance production flows.
Monitor the quality of products and work to reduce defects and waste.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to optimise inventory and delivery.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of Lean principles and sustain improvements over time.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and track the progress of Lean initiatives.
Conduct regular Lean Audits and monitor the progress of Lean initiatives.
Project Management: Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Continuous Improvement Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation, encouraging employees at all levels to actively participate in Lean activities.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Key skills and experience
Proven experience as Lean Manufacturing Manager.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Implementing Lean methodologies and driving process improvements in manufacturing operations and other departments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using Lean tools and techniques.
Experience with Lean software and data analysis tools.
Other requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive with a desire to drive change.
Excellent English communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Change management experience is desirable.
