1. Develop long-term infrastructure planning
• Working on the “Supply Chain Design & Planning” Platform to build the infrastructure Planning for a long term period (1-10 years)
• Building all scenarios for capacity outlook on the “Supply Chain Design & Planning” Platform.
• Analysis and provide the outcome of when the company needs to invest in new lines/ new plants to adapt to growth volume demand.
• Coordinate with IT team & Supplier to make sure the system (Supply Chain Design & Planning” Platform) works smoothly
2. Rough-cut capacity planning:
• Monthly build the production volume based on sale volume YTD.
• Analysis of the capacity/ Crew requirement/ Inventory holding monthly.
• Highlight capacity shortage & build stock to cover the shortage.
• Analysis of material requirement
3. Standard SOP for planning & Material warehouse & continuous improvement
• Review and propose for standardization for all SOP of planning & Raw material WH
• Coordinate with the team to optimize cost, improve processes and get the opportunity for saving cost
• Handle and support the project for digitalization with Planning & Raw material team
4. KPI analysis
• Analysis of Planning KPI result
• Coordinate with the team for an action plan to improve KPI
• At least 2 Years Experience in Supply Chain, preferably Supply planning
• Good communication in English
• University Graduated (Planning / Economics / Finance…)
• Proficiency in advanced excel & PP, Power BI
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• Negotiation, Communications, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, , Supplier Relationship Management, Operational Excellence, Problem Solving, Troubleshooting, Determination, Project Management, Time Management, Prioritization, Delivering Training Sessions, Flexibility, Product Knowledge, Guidance, Support to Internal Teams, Able to Work Independently, Quick Learn New Technologies, Virtual Working Capabilities, Attention to Detail, Excellent on Support Ticket platform, Knowledge-based Systems, Microsoft Office 365 Administration including MS Teams, Sharepoint , Office, Power BI
