2.1 Injection Molding Operation
- Manage the injection teams (recruitment, training, absence),
- Manage manufacturing orders (creation, following, closing),
- Establish weekly capacity analysis & production schedule,
- Insure correct inventory in injection section (raw material, …),
- Assure compliance to all molding operations (policies, work instruction, safety, …),
- Follow and ensure workshop efficiency,

1. CHỨC NĂNG
- Quản lý tổng thể khuôn Ép nhựa,
- Phối hợp triển khai dự án mới trong lĩnh vực khuôn ép nhựa: xác định nhu cầu đầu tư, xác minh hoàn vốn đầu tư, theo dõi thực hiện và chạy thử,
- Đánh giá quá trình ép nhựa/ xác định và thực hiện các cải tiến có thể
- Tạo động lực cho các thành viên trong nhóm và triển khai các chương trình đào tạo,
- Thực hiện an toàn và 5S
2. VAI TRÒ/ NHIỆM VỤ
2.1 Vận hành khuôn Ép nhựa
- Quản lý đội Ép nhựa (tuyển dụng, đào tạo, điểm danh vắng mặt),
- Quản lý các đơn hàng sản xuất (tạo, theo dõi, kết thúc),
- Thiết lập phân tích năng suất hàng tuần & lịch trình sản xuất,
- Đảm bảo hàng tồn kho chính xác trong bộ phận Ép nhựa (nguyên vật liệu,…),
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ tất cả các hoạt động khuôn (chính sách, hướng dẫn công việc, an toàn,…),
- Theo dõi và đảm bảo hiệu quả khu vực làm việc,

- Quản lý kỹ thuật viên phương pháp
- Đánh giá quy trình khuôn ép nhựa,
- Xác định các khóa đào tạo về quy trình khuôn ép,
- Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật,
- Giám sát kiểm kê các phương pháp về khuôn ép,
- Triển khai thực hiện các phương pháp sản xuất

3.1 Vận hành khuôn ép
- Đảm bảo quản lý hoạt độn ép nhựa,
- Đảm bảo đơn hàng sản xuất được thực hiện,
- Đảm bảo phân tích năng suất hàng tuần và tiến độ sản xuất,
- Đảm bảo tính chính xác của kiểm kê khuôn ép phun (quản lý, hiệu quả, lợi nhuận,…),
- Đảm bảo vận hành khuôn tuân thủ (chính sách, an toàn, hướng dẫn công việc),
- Đảm bảo hiệu suất xưởng,
3.2 Quy trình khuôn ép:
- Đảm bảo phương pháp quản lý kỹ thuật viên,
- Đảm bảo độ chính xác của dữ liệu quy trình ép nhựa,
- Đảm bảo việc đào tạo quy trình khuôn ép nhựa được thực hiện với các tài liệu
- Đảm bảo hỗ trợ hỗ trợ kỹ thuật,
- Đảm bảo khuôn ép nhựa được kiểm duyệt,
- Đảm bảo tài liệu quy trình ép nhựa được cập nhập,
- Cải thiện độ chính xác của tài liệu quy trình ép nhựa
- Cải thiện quản lý dữ liệu quy trình ép nhựa,
- Cải thiện độ tin cậy của quy trình ép nhựa
