We are looking for young customer-focused SDR intern. The role is a great building block for ambitious business students to apply marketing and sales leads analysis, and to hone his/her skills in qualifying sales leads. Prefer candidates who can start immediately and able to work in Di An, Binh Duong.

The Mission
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with our prospects, customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and execute marketing activities to drive qualified sales leads growth.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, service operations & communication to support sales go-to-market efficiency.
- Find ways to improve business processes to ensure successful lead conversion for increased sales.
- Utilize CRM system to assign all leads to the proper channels and support them throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, customers, contacts and correspondence in our CRM
- Share the best practices for leads follow up.
Detailed targets can be discussed during interview.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing.
- Related experiences from traineeship/internship at international brands are preferred
- Strong analytical minds and have your ways to find useful data from various sources.
- Independent, can-do mindset
- Good English
- Experience with MS Office experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
