Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales Manager to join our team. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing international markets for our products, with a focus on distributor management, marketing, import-export, and managing large customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and profitability of our coffee products in international markets.
Manage relationships with distributors and ensure they are meeting sales targets and objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Understand and analyze market trends to create effective marketing campaigns and increase brand awareness.
Develop pricing strategies and manage product margins to maximize profitability.
Manage the import-export process to ensure efficient delivery of products to international markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with large customers and key accounts.
Analyze sales data and develop reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Provide sales forecasts and input to support the overall business planning process.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in international sales and distribution management in FMCG industry
Strong understanding of marketing and import-export.
Proven experience in managing large markets and large customers.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
