POSITION OVERVIEW – Be part of Savills Hotels team for hotel consulting assignments of operating & under planning projects, market studies, presentations, press releases and business development assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, analyse and manage hospitality market databases.
• Conduct market studies for various hospitality segments and prepare press releases and white papers.
• Develop financial models to undertake feasibility study for hospitality projects throughout Vietnam.
• Support the selection process of hotel management companies and brands.
• Manage communication with clients and partners, connectors
• Assist in developing marketing plans and executing a range of business development activities.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in:

·         real estate advisor companies or

·         real estate developers/ or real estate investment fund (investment team/ research team/ valuation team/ development team), or

·         hotel’s finance and budget planning

• Strong familiarity with market analysis, real estate sector.

• Degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Valuation.

• Proficiency in English is a must (candidates with a high IELTS score, overseas education, or experience working in an international company are preferred).

• Strong background in real estate or hotel finance.
