DESCRIPTION:

Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements.
Write system requirement specification documents, use case specification documents.
Design the interface template (prototype).
Organize guidance and support to users to use the product and handle problems.
Communicate contents, support to project members, project manager to clarify customer requirements to be met.
Make and implement plans/ checklist to ensure coverage of the entire job.

REQUIREMENT:

At least 2 years experienced with Business analyst role at IT projects.
Good communication at English (work with foreign partners/ expats)
Understanding about the database, can use SQL proficiently
Have deep understanding about normalize and process data, understanding the data flow to handle the problem

Working time: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday lunch time: 12:00 PM- 1:00 PM
