1. Team and Project Management
· Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring effective communication and seamless collaboration.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and team guidelines.
· Lead and mentor the technical team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
· Plan and prioritize technical tasks to meet project timelines and business objectives.
· Manage a small IT team to support business growth and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Technical Oversight & IT Infrastructure Management
· Develop and execute a scalable IT infrastructure strategy that ensures business continuity.
· Oversee server management (on-premise/cloud), ERP maintenance, and system integrations.
· Optimize network performance, IT support, and technology lifecycle management.
· Establish standards for database tuning and optimization in SQL-based systems and monitor their implementation.
· Define best practices for implementing and managing network/application protocols to ensure secure and efficient operations.
· Stay updated on advancements in the .NET technical stack and guide the team in integrating relevant technologies effectively.
· Ensure IT infrastructure readiness to support AI and automation tools.
3. IT Governance, Data Security & Compliance
· Establish cybersecurity protocols, monitor threats, and ensure data protection.
· Develop IT policies and SOPs to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
· Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant IT security standards.
· Conduct regular IT audits to identify risks and areas for improvement.
· Maintain vendor relationships for IT services, software, and hardware procurement.
4. System Monitoring, Maintenance & IT Operations
· Ensure the ERP system’s operational health through proactive monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.
· Develop contingency plans and implement disaster recovery protocols to mitigate risks.
· Maintain a clean and modular codebase, adhering to best practices in software development and maintenance.
· Manage ERP systems, email security, cloud storage, and access control policies.
· Lead troubleshooting and IT support for internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between IT and other departments.
5. Collaboration with Innovation & Business Teams
· Work closely with the Innovation team to integrate AI and automation tools securely.
· Assess feasibility, security risks, and infrastructure requirements for new software.
· Ensure IT systems are adaptable to support future technological advancements.
6. Leadership & IT Team Development
· Provide training and security awareness programs for all employees.
· Establish IT governance policies to maintain best practices and compliance.
7. Track Technology Systems Performance & Reporting
· System Performance & Uptime – Track server health, network stability, and downtime incidents.
· Security & Cyber Threats – Monitor and report threats, vulnerabilities, and resolution steps.
· Data Management – Assess backup status, data storage capacity, and system reliability.
· IT Support Metrics – Measure response times, key technical issues, and resolution rates.
