- Recruitment work for factory positions, including recruitment needs analysis, job posting, resume screening, interview arrangements, etc;
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure the achievement of recruitment goals;
- Establish and maintain recruitment channels, expand new recruitment channels, and improve recruitment effectiveness;
- Manage and train the recruitment team to improve their recruitment capabilities;
- Employee onboarding training and probationary period management to ensure smooth integration of employees into the company culture;
- Employee relationship management, handling employee complaints and disputes, and maintaining good labor relations.
- Bachelor's degree or above in any major
- Good communication skills in Chinese (HSK 5) OR English (Upper - intermediate)
- More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing recruitment or headhunting, within 2 years at the manager level
- Familiar with recruitment processes and methods, possessing strong communication and coordination skills as well as team management skills
