Main Responsibilities:
- Grow volume, revenue and share, ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned customers
- Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process with customer buyers. Execute daily monitoring of customer's performance against defined KPIs (sales out, inventory level, order placement, listing new products on-time etc)
- Responsible for the execution of the Trade plans (pricing, propmotion, visibility, campaign, event). Support the development of Field Sales and Trade Plans by providing feedback on the Cycle plan activities execution for the group of stores/channel.
- Responsible to provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast by customers/group of stores/channel and report on market dynamics, competitor activities
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Trade policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations
- Develop relationship with customer/ buyers
