Core Purpose of the Job

To lead, develop and build a business for Dyson products in Vietnam B2B channel. To focus on new major construction projects and develop strategic key account in Vietnam. To influence all elements of the buying decision process, starting with developers, business owner and related industry ie. Facility Managements, Architects, Interior Designers etc..

Areas of Responsibility 

  • Business development in Vietnam; acquiring new leads, converting into appointments and converting into sales and after sales service
  • All commercial elements of the relationship with Key Accounts including pricing, range, customer service and contract negotiations
  • Accurate submission of forecast reports including Salesforce on a monthly basis including project pipeline and project reports
  • Networking and building relationships with key architects and specification managers in the industry
  • Submitting annual strategy plans for Vietnam via the five year plan and Budget process
  • Maintenance of a sales lead database for Vietnam
  • Support and communicate with Consumer colleagues to grow overall Dyson sales in the region
  • Understand the total Professional Strategies and Opportunities. Work alongside with Group and analyse segment the market, prioritising opportunities in the short / medium / long term.
  • Fulfil other duties as required;
  • Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role
  • Fix things that you can see need fixing

  • Solid experience of working in a high performing sales team in B2B and in the building industry of at least 5 years and above
  • Commercial – sales/marketing experience
  • Proven delivery of sales results and proven track record
  • High level experience of customer relationship building and sales
  • Evidence of budget control and can demonstrate financial expertise
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
