Mô tả Công việc

Sales Management (80%)

1. Working together with Retail MT Sales Manager to ensure sales budget has achieved, continuous KPI performance improvement (monthly, quarterly and yearly).

2. Achieve a sales budget for the company’s products within or below trade spending guidelines.

3. Develop account plans, including trading terms and promotional activities with a focus on. timelines to ensure achieve sales off take, build brand recognition and customers satisfaction

4. Supporting customers and PG to achieve both their individuals’ sales target and also company’s budget.

5. Achieve Company distribution goals for new and existing products and expand to new potential new MT store customer accounts. Build strong relationship with key potential customers.

6. Analyzing sales data to ensure that budget of responsible accounts is met and aligned with all BU and strategic objectives.

7. In liaison with (Retail MT Sales Manager, Trade Marketing, Merchandiser, Supervisor, Sales person, PG) monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional activity.

8. Submit weekly sales forecasts by SKU and reach agreement with Sales Management on these forecasts.

9. Assist the Trade Marketing Team in developing Trade specific Promotional programs by submitting specific customer requirements.

10. Develop and maintain account profiles for assigned accounts for both planning and informational purposes on a regular basis.

Market Intelligence Tasks (20%)

1. Creating and updating the customer data base.

2. Updating competitors' activities maintain awareness and provide feedback of all competitive activity.

3. Being up to date with the latest developments in Retail MT customers

4. Support to planning marketing promotion to boost sales

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.       Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.

2.       Have working experience at least 3 years as a Key Account or Sales Representative from FMCG, Trade Marketing or consumer marketing experiences is a plus. Having direct experience in sales to Modern Trade channel is preferable.

3.       Possess “can do” attitude, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

4.       Strong analytical, good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills with a good command of both spoken & written English.

5.       Knowledgeable in computer program:- MS Office
