· Developing business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
· Planning, directing and monitoring the activities of the sales team to achieve and establish sales targets.
· Reviewing progress of sales roles throughout the company.
· Accurately forecasting annual - quarterly - monthly revenue streams.
· Providing quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
· Coordinating proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
· Formulating all sales policies, practices and procedures.
· Assisting sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
· Interpreting short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
· University degree in Marketing, Business Administration and related industries
· 5-10 years working experience in garment/ footwear industry
· Prefer to have work experience in Packaging Manufacturing company
· Prefer to work in multi-national company
· Dynamic/ Good communication
· Analysis and resolve problem skill
· Analysis skills / Analyze the internal & external report
· Good at speaking and writing both in Vietnamese & English
